TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Full payment is due at the time of booking. All pricing is inclusive of taxes and is in (AUD) Australian Dollars. American Express and Diners Club Cards incur a 2% surcharge on the total booking amount-charged at time of booking.

Valid credit card details are required to confirm a booking. All payments will be due and payable on departure. All rates are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST and all major credit cards are accepted. 

There is a 2.0% surcharge for Amex and Diners. All rooms are non-smoking and a cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to anyone who smokes in the room - there are tables and ashtrays outside the rooms for those who require them.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee of one nights' stay. Cancellations made outside 48 hours of the arrival date, incur a $20 administration fee.
