HEAD CHEF
The kitchen is led by Jai Rajaburai, our Head Chef. Jai has had more than 10 years of experience in hospitality industry. Jai has worked in well known and top graded hotels and restaurants such as Marriott Hanbury Manor, Hertfordshire, UK, Marriott Grosvenor Square, London.
As alumni of the Postgraduate Diploma for Chefs in Culinary Arts and Kitchen Management from Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, London, UK and Diploma in Hotel Management Catering Technology from Jenney's academy of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Tamilnadu, India . Jai has worked in UK, Dubai, Maldives and Australia.
Jai's expertise lies in working with fine quality Restaurants and Hotels, providing top quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor while preparing a wide range of international cuisines. Jai’s range of meals, together with the excellent service provided by our staff, will provide you with an amazing dining experience.
